CONSULTATIONS / SCREENINGS

FREE / 15-30 minutes

Consultations are conducted via phone or Zoom. Discuss your concerns with a licensed and certified SLP.

Screenings are conducted via Zoom, with the child present. The SLP will provide her initial impressions of the child's speech and language, and make a recommendation.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

30-minute session / $70

45-minute session / $105

60-minute session / $140

In-home services are available in Placentia, Yorba Linda, Brea, and Fullerton, CA (travel fee applies). Teletherapy services are available to all of California.

Each session is tailored to the unique needs and personality of the child, and incorporates evidence-based teaching strategies and parent coaching to maximize progress.

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATIONS

Comprehensive evaluations are available in the areas of: speech (articulation, phonology), fluency (stuttering), receptive language, expressive language, pragmatic (social) language, and early intervention speech and language. Second-opinion evaluations are also available.

New clients are typically evaluated prior to beginning treatment. However, it may be possible to begin treatment without a full evaluation, particularly if you have a recent evaluation report from another provider or school district.

Payment Options

Oak Tree Speech and Language is a private-pay practice.

Credit, debit, HSA, and FSA are accepted.

Operating as a private-pay practice allows the freedom and flexibility to provide the best possible services, without insurance companies' restrictions. Your speech therapist will use her expertise to determine the most appropriate goal areas, treatment strategies, and length/frequency of sessions for your child. Doctor's referrals and insurance authorizations are never required.

After you submit payment to Oak Tree, a monthly superbill can be provided to you upon request. A superbill allows you

to request reimbursement directly from your health insurance company.
